Online Return Policy:
Customers may return items that are unworn, unwashed, tags still attached and a copy of your receipt for an online store credit only. We do not issue refunds! Returns must be received by Native Beach within 15 days from the date the order was placed. All sale items and accessory items are final sale and are non-returnable. If your return item does not meet the above criteria, do not attempt to return it, as it will be rejected by our returns department. The cost of re shipping of a rejected item will be the responsibility of the customer.
How to return an item:
Prepare your return by including a copy of your sales receipt and choose a package that will not get damaged during shipment. We suggest that you send your return back to Native Beach using a tracking number. We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged.
Once we have received and approved your return, we will issue you a store credit via gift card to your email address. You may redeem your gift card online or in-store for your next purchase.
